Sedation options are available, and the pace is yours — we explain what you will feel before each step, and we stop whenever you need a break. Many patients find the first visit easier than they expected because nothing happens without being described first.

Do I need a cleaning at my first visit?

The first visit focuses on your records, the exam, and building your plan. Your hygiene appointment is scheduled before you leave, so preventive care starts right away. If your gums need a specific type of cleaning rather than a routine one, we explain why and what it involves before anything is scheduled.

Call us first at (540) 636-2003. Pain is triaged over the phone so we can guide you right away and get you seen as soon as the schedule allows. Our emergency page also covers what to do while you wait. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
